They pay three dollars more hour than the other timeshare, call centers

Cons

Extremely stressful ! The first 90 days are in the call center. It is a very stressful environment. The first 12 sales every week are house sales you do not get paid any commission until sale number 13. There is a lot of common manipulation and mind games. They pay more per hour, but you will make less money here than you will at the other call Centers. If you do not make sales quickly enough, they pull you off the phones and end your shift so that you don’t even make your hourly money.

Cons

No teamwork, the manager and supervisor do not provide any type of support but will be ready to load you up with work you will be mainly outside with no breaks from the heat you are expected to do a one hour job in 15 minutes the micro management is terrible here
