      Great atmosphere, wonderful team environment. Company that truly wants to see you grow in your career.

      Its hospitality so weekends and holiday are expected, but the company tries to make each day special and especially holidays.

      Great earning potential

      Pros

      This position has great earning potential with the commission tiers and extra bonuses in addition to daily weekly and annual incentives and reward trips. Also only 30 hours a week and lots of pto

      Cons

      Very hard on micromanaging, to the point that you’ll hate working there until you see your paycheck every week but then you’ll lose motivation because of the micromanaging. They play favorites with the call campaigns and typically give the best campaigns to the veterans and top sellers
