They will hire anybody that can read a script. I like the weekly pay.

Cons

They manipulate the word "INBOUND" , it is NOTTTTTT. Holiday Inn will have people cold call IHG members. They will ask if they want to take a "survey" for 500 points or get a ihg member who booked a reservation then get transferred to you. 7/10 the IHG Member will have NOOOO IDEA why they were transfer to you and it is cold lead. You will be engaging with them from a OUTBOUND SALES ROLE.
