Misalignment of management and ideas Since this is a new program - getting all stakeholders involved and for them to buy in was incredibly difficult SOP's continuously change and need to be updated Dated technology where guests have to spend upwards of an hour or more to book an experience Adjustment of policies such as travel, mileage reimbursement, rental cars, hotel rooms, etc. without input from the team

Wonderful coworkers. Nice corporate office building.

Cons

Very top heavy. So many VP's that the title really mrans little to those below VP level. Promotions go to the favorites, suckups and friends of leadership. The hard workers get left behind to do all the work while leaders play and make empty promises. Pay is lowest in the industry in just about all areas. Serious attitudes and downright disrespectful comments and actions by many senior leaders.

Used to be a great company to work for with a strong culture and dedication to the employees. Everything has gone downhill since the last CEO left and they just had to layoff a lot of great people because of it.

Cons

Failed growth and failed digital transformation efforts have made the company a bit of a laughing stock in the industry. All corporate jobs are frozen, layoffs happened this week, and no signs of growth in the future.
