Great perks excellent compensation plan. Recognition is really nice with dinners, all expense paid trips, jewelery, and things from Tiffany &co

Cons

Minium wage paid if not commission. Should be higher pay for those slow seasons or when hotels are filled with convention, or kids sports groups and can't be booked.

Everything from onboarding, training, pay structure potential, Massive amount of compassionate, patient, and brilliant sales process, benefits, (your benefits come with benefits - a real corporate Gem!) I have experienced many, many company cultures and THIS ONE by far won my heart and soul - Thank you!

Cons

I sat here trying to think of potential problems but each thought ends quickly with the realization that it TRULY IS ALL UP TO ME! My sales were hurting and the coaching I received has been crucial both for my job performance but also my closing percentage within my family lol
