I had a lot of pros working here until they decided to keep the bonus for January that I earned

Cons

Don't speak up to management when you see something wrong. Not only will thry deny you your PTO but also single you out to make sure you don't succeed and when you've had enough and resign they let you go right then and there. I've been denied a bonus that I earned for the month of January. But they still too out money for benefits that I can't even use anymore. I left 4 days before bonuses were paid out. I should have been awarded that bonus.

Good place to make $12.50 an hour for the first 30 days while starting but they hire anyone with a pulse

Cons

Managers come across intimidating but never teach us to help sharpen our skills. They run a sales training class with ten new reps once or twice a month and within 4-6 months it’s almost completely turned over. Only a few people many money. Terrible place to work.

Best timeshare product out there, a decent pay structure with mostly attainable bonuses, highest level of ethics that are strictly enforced. Happiest owners to interact with and sell!

Cons

WAY too many cameras everywhere on the sales floor, was weird. My direct manager couldn't bother to answer phone calls or text, had to chase him down to T.O. tables at times..
