The culture and atmosphere is truly top tier. I love that we have proper work/life balance, and the benefits are amazing. I love that I can travel to our resorts and stay for FREE with my Club Go Points. On top of that, I can get hotel discounts through our IHG rewards program. They can as low as $39/night, and this saves me a ton of money because I love taking weekend trips. I plan on staying and growing with this company for a very long time.
