      Close to home Better than minimum wage Customers are generally pretty nice Somewhat flexible

      Cons

      Poor management No room for growth Little training Will consider employees seasonal, even if they work for over a year at 20-30 hours a week. Will not give raises to "seasonal" employees after a year. No call in procedure, not allowed to have sick days. No breaks for shifts less than 8 hours in length.
