      Pros

      The company offers in-depth professional development opportunities that develop into opportunities to grow. In addition to competitive pay, health insurance, and retirement, to name a few, employees are allotted Club points to us to make reservations at the resorts!

      Cons

      As a timeshare company, the sales department does get a negative connotation, but the company does invest in improving customer experience and relationships.
