Ihg discounts are a plus.

Cons

The owner has a "too good to talk to the help" mentality. The owners have a handful of properties, but to avoid certain laws mostly focusing around protecting employees Each location is a different llc, different small business and completly seperate. They offer zero benefits, no perks.

GM is really nice and easy to work with/ for. Work is fun, have a lot of regulars you get to know.

Cons

Pay is on the low end, especially for anyone living in the area. Not a lot of opportunities for professional development.
