      Shows a decent amount of care for employees Good values Consistently lovely modern and clean hotels

      Not very good pay for amount of work done Only 1 person staffed per shift, even on extremely busy days Unrealistic enrollment goals, and quality standards per employee

      Pros

      There close crew almost like a family at times! friendly guests and get to meet people from all over the world staying at the hotel.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible and rarely promote from within. Males start out getting paid more then females in all departments 99 percent of the time.

      Pros

      Good for college students. If you live in Vermilion, it's a 5-10 minute drive away. It's fairly easy for the most part.

      Cons

      Not good for people who get stressed or cry easily. OPERA software is a pain in the butt. They are unable to keep housekeeping staff- any staff really. Managers don't let anybody call them for help and there's only one person per shift. Owner is relatively cheap and nobody can change his mind. Pay is 9 bucks an hour base and nobody is paid enough for the hard work put in. Managers like to cause drama at my location.
