Pros

I enjoy meeting new people and the challenge of being able to resolve guest issues is especially rewarding. Supervising other employees and handling their everyday disputes let me know I am doing my job very well.

Cons

The pay is not where I should be with my experience.

Pros

Managers were nice to me especially the front desk manager who trained me. They don't yell at me for my mistakes but gave me chance to learn from it by explaining how to avoid it next time. I am very thankful that I had such nice managers for my first full-time job. Most of my coworkers were funny and friendly too, I made friends with lots of them, always fun to work together.

Cons

Poor pay, no benefits, no vacation for you first year, second year you get a week. I had very messed up schedule and they made me do audit with no extra pay sometimes.
