Pros

This is a fairly easy job and has a consistent schedule, I like the people I work with and enjoy meeting people who travel from all over the world.

Cons

This is a franchised brand, so the pay, responsibilities, and benefits vary depending on the current owners, and can change as easily as the ownership changes. Currently I am offered no 401k, benefits, sick leave, or yearly raises.
