*Nice workplace perks and accommodations for those in need *Easy, laid back work environment with few major incidents *Flexibility to work with your needs *Never late for payday

Cons

*Inconsistent scheduling, days on and hours on constantly being changed without fair warning *High turnover rate *Minimal time frame for training, causes high pressure situations early into employment *Low pay per hour, no PTO, no guaranteed sick days, no external benefits (insurance, retirement, etc.) unless part of management

Pros

Teaches you excel, managing spreadsheets, graph and chart making. As well as an in depth view at "Point of Sale" systems. Honestly a great stepping stone to analytics and analyzing distributions of wealth. I'm looking for better pay and to go to the next level of data analytics at this time I am currently an auditor only.

Cons

Pay is not sufficient with workload. Again a great way to enter into auditing but handling so many spreadsheets for 15/ hourly just doesn't compute right for me.
