Nice new hotel very modern

Cons

No set schedule. Some weeks you may work 35 hours and other weeks 20 hrs. Bad management never onsite.

IHG network of hotels Staff Benefits. Internal management team caring, compassionate & effective

Cons

Part of an investment folio so employees treated unfairly in the outer management. No opportunity for raises, conditions occasionally not safe. At times budgets that don’t reflect business. Cheap where they should be putting more money ie Staffing/ staff Training
