Both times I have worked for this company the General Manger was great until the end of both my employment time.

Cons

This company allows for employees to talk bad about other employees, and for employees to have affairs with other employees who are married and management supports this type of behavior from employees. They knew that this behavior was going on did nothing about it. In fact they condoned it.

The only pro is getting to swim

Cons

The management will actively complain about all employees behind their back and then tell said employee they are doing great and not tell them how they can improve. No benefits available as will get hired part time and be expected to work full time hours. If you are a nursing mother the GM will expect you to pump in the bathroom and stop mid pump session to help a customer. You will regularly be the only employee on shift and when you call management to ask a question will get belittled and cursed out by management
