Employment. A few good coworkers.

Rapid turn around. Under staffed. Hurry up and slow down, so we can write you up for one or the other. Absurd write ups. Poor quality vehicle maintenance. Work schedule frequently changes so you can't plan anything outside of work.

lots of unfulfilled promises, labor intensive, good ol boys club type management, non-regular hours, start times posted the night before, mandatory saturday work often.
