Pros

Job security, because no one stays, not even the managers so you can take on extra tasks when someone quits but not the pay. They have healthcare, vacation hours (good luck getting a long vacation approved)

Cons

Low pay, treated as replaceable, nobody enjoys their jobs. Everyone wants to pass the baton to someone else if asked to do something.

Pros

The company on the corporate level is very family oriented, but on a dealership to dealership basis, you don't really feel supported and listened to.

Cons

The work/life balance is bad, and they decreased the yearly bonus significantly (in addition to splitting it out in 4 payments throughout the year instead of a bonus around the end of the year). Getting a $100 check 4 times a year doesn't help as much as getting a $400 check around the holidays. They don't really listen to employee surveys and make changes effectively.
