Company was sold new company didn’t care about existing employees or their knowledge of the company

Job security, because no one stays, not even the managers so you can take on extra tasks when someone quits but not the pay. They have healthcare, vacation hours (good luck getting a long vacation approved)

Cons

Low pay, treated as replaceable, nobody enjoys their jobs. Everyone wants to pass the baton to someone else if asked to do something.
