      Was a great place to work but getting very political and behind in technology.

      Pros

      Good benefits, lots of paid OJT and outside training. Some really great people. Rewards innovation, although sometime the credit is not given to the right people.

      Cons

      Very political, all in who you know and how you play the game. This part has gotten worse in the last 5 or so years. Kind of behind the curve on technology. They have some of the latest things but don't use them to their full advantage.

      Pros

      I liked their 401K plan and there were times when the company used treat their workers to company events. Working for a higher level comes with benefits.

      Cons

      Not the ideal place for advancement. Worked hard and never got the value nor respect for it. People who take their job seriously are kind of a joke for this place. It’s like high school all over again.
