      Pros

      Lots of growth, tons of work, management is great, benefits are good and start around 90 days, continued education is covered after 1year, 401k, health, dental, vision, flexible spending, flexible hours, overtime, yearly raises , did I mention lots of growth!

      Cons

      if you don't like working overtime this is probably not a good fit. deadlines ...errr but really who doesn't have payroll or month end cut offs. :)
