      Pros

      Decent pay. Not the best but okay.

      Cons

      During the interview process, they used the phrase, “We’re a family.” RED FLAG 🚩 Insurance leaves a lot to be desired. Copays are too high if you need to see a specialist. Black employees are afraid to speak up and out and regularly get passed over for promotions and moving to other departments within the company.

      Pay no bad but the bonus is a joke, good coworkers

      Management never know what they doing playing with your time, system always changing, and always bringing outside people instead of providing promotions to the current employees
