Only good for you if you truly can’t find anything else to fill some time and need a couple dollars. Free drill bits.

Cons

Incompetent supervisors. Lying management, they like to promise bonuses for ASE then never pay them. Ive seen them screw around with peoples pay and time off several times. Turnover is pretty embarrassing. 6 people (out of about 25) have left in one months span, and most people still here are looking heavily to get out as soon as possible. Have to go back and forth with the management to get a raise you’ve promised over and over.

The company gives you many opportunities to advance, especially if you get your foot into the corporate side of Holman Automotive in Fort Lauderdale. The atmosphere shows that they want to invest in your future and the company, with upgrades to their Corporate building and the opportunity to work multiple roles.
