- Competitive total rewards package - Strong commitment for continuous improvement. Everything isn't perfect but when brought to the attention of management I've seen them make strides to improve. - Great business model.

Cons

The company is very agile and makes a significant effort to always deliver the unique requirements of each customer. This can expose challenges in communication. The company needs to improve on the trickle down and process efficiencies.
