Good Benefits and they treat employees good. They have frequent employee activities/programs going on.

Cons

No cons really. Some of the salesmen can be really annoying. They will do anything to push cars out.

Cons

the office team is very hard to get along with and they expect you to not make any errors, when you do you a criticized. Management is terrible and biased.

Family oriented company that puts employees first. There are a multitude of job opportunities across the various business segments. Senior leadership takes an active role in developing talent and providing growth opportunities. Leadership also places great importance on work/life balance and offers solutions for employees to manage their time in and out of the office effectively.

Cons

Initial compensation could be higher and more vacation time ( or PTO) would be a plus.
