Company culture is diverse and accepting. Many chances for advancement as long as you are young Awesome flexible work schedule.

Cons

The walls have ears and you can get in trouble with HR if you say anything someone else is offended by. Even if you are kidding around with another. Not age friendly. All was well until I hit 65.
