Pros

It’s a paycheck but not for long. Humans are not valued.

Cons

Management and HR are well aware of how they treat people and don’t care. I’m sure they still sleep cozy and without batting an eye at terminating employees through unethical loopholes.

I would advise against working here

Cons

Company promotes itself as built on family values but once inside I have never worked for such a cold company. Senior management makes quick opinions and either set out to destroy you or if they like you they keep baiting you with “future opportunities” but never follow through on that promise.
