Decent pay. Not the best but okay.

Cons

During the interview process, they used the phrase, “We’re a family.” RED FLAG 🚩 Insurance leaves a lot to be desired. Copays are too high if you need to see a specialist. Black employees are afraid to speak up and out and regularly get passed over for promotions and moving to other departments within the company.

Coworkers are great and they offer a 401K plan.

Cons

Too many to list. They take care of management but the hands on people doing the work are treated poorly. Low pay and don't listen to feedback from employees about legitimate concerns. They claim to be family oriented and talk the talk, but at the end of the day you are just a cog in their money-making machine and nothing changes. Beware of the "BS" that is spewed and pay attention to their actions-they speak louder.
