      Middle Management needs an overhaul

      Pros

      Mindy Holman has her whole heart in this company and her values are in the right place. The actual workers are great people.

      Cons

      Middle Management does NOT follow the Holman way. They bully people, there is lack of actual leadership, lack of communication, lack of strategy. Great Place to Work survey doesn't actually give you an opportunity to express your opinion on important issues that would make Holman a great place to work. (i.e. Management, notice I didn't say Leadership)

      Pros

      They have departments and resources to help the day to day. Most people are nice

      Cons

      They pay you minis ($270) on everything, even if you sell parts or backend. You have no control over what the decide you lose. Payment not worth the grind.
