      The company has family values that resonate throughout. People care about each other and their families. There is a lot of flexibility and trust to make decisions. Senior leaders are approachable and want to engage with the teams. The company is trying to be more diverse and inclusive.

      Salary is not as competitive as other places but there are benefits that many people see outweigh that (work from home, 401k, PTO policy, etc)
