GSM was very supportive. Schedule was balanced.

Cons

Working with absolute deplorables is something foreign to me but, the car business is filled with them. Sales managers are unqualified , lazy, messing up deals without resolving. Setting up for failure is something there are good at and telling incessant lies. Owners should buy some dignity with their money and maybe get en education. Holman is the bowels of the car business.

Pros

Holman has very good benefits and perks. Holman does care about it’s employees on a corporate level.

Cons

The culture and moral at this store is so poor. Nearly everyone that I talk to feels that they are not valued and would rather be doing anything but be there. Management gives no feedback and places all responsibility on employees when something goes wrong. They also don’t pay a living wage to non commission employees and refuse to give raises based on performance.
