      Pros

      Holman used to be ahead of the curve when it came to Pros vs other companies. There really isn't any left except that you know everyone is struggling right along with you.

      Cons

      Minimal raises year over year which don't even keep up with the cost of living. PTO accumulates at such a low rate your first few years, and will now deplete faster with the updated in office policies. The nepotism is at an all tone high.

      Pros

      Very few. Bonus is good but other than that, not much. Worked into the ground for average money and treated awfully. Was a nice place to work but no longer the "family" they claim to be. Very manager heavy and all just doing their best to be the best without any consideration for their teams

      Too many managers Treated like a number not a person Wages are average Worked into the ground and then even thats not good enough If you value your sanity, avoid at all costs
