Pros

My immediate coworkers and customers were wonderful.

Cons

There is no job security here. They will fire you at any time for any reason even if it has nothing to do with you. They will absorb companies, fire the staff with no notice so they can move operations to cheaper locations, list pay scales for positions that sound fair, and then undercut the offer, they will shut down locations with little to no notice and tell you that youre “free to apply for other positions in the company.” That you already work for, AND they’ll make you interview with at least 3 different people for a job they should have already planned to move you to before they shut down your location. Holman Group does not care about its people. They’re a diaper fire hiding behind a facade of inclusion and patience. Don’t trust them.

Pros

401k + free lunch on Saturday. some colleagues.

Cons

I worked hard for years at a luxury dealership in Colorado stayed professional and kept asking for a chance to grow Leadership always made it sound like promotion was possible but nothing ever happened After being told to wait over and over again I eventually realized I was not going anywhere The most frustrating part was watching Salespeople make very large incomes while the employees doing the physical behind-the-scenes work were paid far less and often felt invisible It created a huge sense of imbalance If you are a Salesperson, you are making money on a Director level basically Why?
