Pros

None. Work somewhere else instead.

Cons

No work-life balance. Will work you into the ground. Won’t pay you enough to live. Stupid new dress code for an office that doesn’t interact with customers or anyone outside the office. They want everyone as uncomfortable as possible. It seems like they want people to quit and give current employees more and more work but no compensation to match. Will “promote” you but give you the workload of the pay grade ahead of you that’s leaving but won’t give you their pay. They would rather have other departments do the work you can’t get to than pay enough to hire more people in the department you’re in. The employee turnover is AWFUL, I still haven’t seen a fully staffed department in my time here.

Pros

My co-workers are great, IT is great and the systems seem to function as they should.

Cons

I recently relocated from another company in the same position, I am making 60% less here than I was previously. They pay service advisors terribly and do not pay on warranty parts. Honestly I think I'll finish out this year and move on. It's sad too because I love my co-workers and my clients. Holman acts like you are there for reasons other than a paycheck. They literally do not care about your compensation but love to micro-manage. Mindy really needs to step in and pull the ship out of the depths. Times are changing and it's time to compensate employees fairly.

Pros

Experience is good. They’ll take anyone in and teach them basic accounting. I’d say it’s a good job for a recent grad or high school grad getting work experience.

Cons

Long hours. Low pay. Management doesn’t care about you , your family or anything about you. They just want you to be there and do the job quickly for cheap. Management is well taken care of with extra benefits like team outings and extremely high pay while everyone else is told to work until 10-11pm at eom. They furlough everyone during covid and let go 25 employees. A lot were great preforming and had no issues within management and kept ones that were not. One they kept was actually known for being in HR for being known as the rude girl and often would snap inappropriately at other co workers.(aka Kaci ) they look the other way with issues and ignore problems. They say they listen but you will see no changes.
