The staff is very friendly and caring. They are dedicated to give the best care and take the extra time and effort to make this happen

Cons

The CEO is a micro manager and frustrates his senior team. He has no trust in the senior management team. He has let all of them go and hired people that he can control. Therefore, institutional memory has been erased and the entire culture of the hospital has changed. His management style is of fear and not encouraging people to be their best. His way or the highway.
