Management will constantly lie to you. They promise to get employees a CDL but will only do so if you nag them and ask repeatedly. Nobody really understands the commission pay and corporate will lower rates without telling employees. The hours are long and weekends are mandatory in the summer. In the winter routes become spread out and you will watch your average hourly pay get cut in half and you will only be given work 1-2 days a week. Their “bonus” program hasn’t been updated in 5+ years and when it was last updated they made it more difficult to get your “bonus”.

It’s a good summer job but once you’re there for multiple seasons you realize how poorly it’s ran and how the company does some shady stuff, they decrease your pay with out any notice.
