Pros
- make good money - pay/hour is good if you work fast with commissions - managers are pretty nice and understanding - work at your "own pace" (still gotta work pretty fast)
Cons
- Managers leave the office before most of the drivers return back to the plant so if you have an issue at the end of the day you are S.O.L. - You have to use the lift gates on the skid trucks which a majority are quite unsafe and unstable, One of the trucks i used, the gate was sloping downward causing me to drop the cart of the truck many times. - Trucks are poorly maintained, can expect a break down within a few months - AC in almost all trucks don't work, in Kentucky heat and humidity it gets pretty hot and its a very physical job -
