The benefits are pretty decent and affordable.

Cons

Leadership is extremely poor and does not communicate effectively. The CEO of AdvantaClean makes racist and sexist comments. He is rude and condescending and calls you stupid. They say we’re replaceable but the CEO of AdvantaClean claims he’s untouchable. When you go to HR and report your concerns you’re retaliated against because she tells him everything you said and doesn’t uphold confidentiality.
