I enjoy talking to people and being outdoors, which I get to do on this job. I’m also taking my sales and marketing skills to the next level. The base pay is solid for an entry-level position, and the bonuses add up quickly. Plus, there are team competitions and trips for top performers.

Cons

You'll find it hard here without strong communication and time management skills.

Helping communities was the only meaningful part of this role. Unfortunately, it was enough to justify staying.

Cons

Every launch brought extreme stress for employees. Brutal and exhausting hours were required just to meet impossible deadlines. No concern existed for employee well-being. Leadership constantly added pressure instead of support. Asking for help was treated as unacceptable, and real support was nonexistent.
