Senior management is as supportive as you are useful to them. If transparency is what you are looking for in terms of payment structure and leave pay don’t expect a concise answer. When challenged about how payment is worked out one gets pushed from one department to another with a daily rate based on 10-12 hours but leave pay based on 8 hours which leaves the employee out of pocket every time. If one wants a direction change in career this is not even considered as an option and one gets pushed out without any further dialogue. Don’t work or hire this company, if you care about your loved ones. They don’t care about their clients olynka might act like she does but all they care about is the thousands they pocket every week. They pay 16 an hour put charge clients over 4k a month. You don’t want to work here.
