      Pros

      Knowing that I am making a difference in a seniors life by just being a companion, flexible schedule, great office staff at my location, extra training offered.

      Cons

      High turn over rate leaving us short staffed, pay is low, sometimes clients expect you to do things you are not allowed to do.

      Pros

      I love knowing that I'm making a difference & helping to make things easier for seniors. The training is helpful if you have time in between shifts to attend.

      Cons

      The owner only cares about the money. The office manager is a snake in the grass & lies to cover her tush. The best staff member they had in years was let go one day & then months later all was gone but the owner & manager. The turn over is frequent. We are expendable & it is shown. The pay is hard to live off of & all hours were cut due to Obama Care. We are expected to be housekeepers for the filthiest of people because they are paying. I have to agree with many reviews all over the US. Look elsewhere if you have that luxury.

      Pros

      The company makes sure you are trained and really know your stuff! They stand behind their employees 100% and time of day or night. Employees get a say in who they work with and when.

      Cons

      The pay scale is a little low unless you have your CNA. The compan is a franchise therefor there can be differing pay scales from one location to the next. One place wanted to charge me a MANDATORY $10 for a company shirt that you dont even have to wear and a paper badge.
