Pros

As a home companion/care giver, it is nice to have someone arrange coverage for me if I need to take off for a doctor's appointment. If I need a new client, they find it for me.

Cons

Low pay, no days off, sick days, holidays, overtime, breaks, etc. Makes it an exhausting and stressful job.

Pros

None, I will put ratings

Cons

Doesn't listen to availability to work. Harasses clients and employees with way to many phone calls unrelated to that specific client's care. Only concerned about how many shifts they can fill, no concern about if the client/caregiver are in the best comfortable situation.

Pros

Whatever good comes of it is quickly outweighed by the bad... They care only about MONEY and that is it. Not about people at all-- they just couldn't afford a burger king so they opened this franchise.

Cons

They have a typical franchise demeanor i.e. you are cheap, inexpensive labor that doesn't matter and you can and will be replaced and we don't care at all...
