Pros
Living wage, but unorganized working time, either insufficient work or too long shifts sometimes, depending on the clients you work with and their needs. Generally is rewarding but you need to have passion for the job and a lot of patience as time passes very hard sometimes because of little activity or non activity.
Cons
Insecurity of the job since it's a 0 h contract. Did not get support in developing further career even if highly skilled.
