      The clients that you get to help. You get to learn about their lives growing up, the good times and bad times.

      Cons

      Not getting paid for commute miles to clients, especially when each one is a distance from each other. Gas price has gotten very expensive. If your paycheck can only pay for your gas and nothing else, then you're not making enough money to live on.

      I have good hours during the week, the staff is always nice.

      Cons

      I came here with full time in mind, circumstances changed so part time is needed.while I have good weekday hours , im working 10 hrs every other weekend, this is not okay, I've asked about doing half a day on weekends but because of employee shortage and my clients unwillingness to want any one else,im stuck on 10 hr weekends. Not to mention I do a 12 day schedule before im off. Insurance would be nice. I'm currently looking for employment elsewhere
