Doesn't like texting to office people Flexible hours They don't pay good enough to make a living Dont care about there employees let alone clients Overcharge people too much money to pay for there services Too demanding

Pros

Sometimes being able to work with seniors can be a relaxing job (depends on their personalities).

Cons

no benefits, very low pay ( had to drive 1 hour from home just for a 20 minute introduction with the client) and only got paid for the hourly rate. Lifting and bending can be strenuous on your back.
