If a caregiver becomes sick, they do not check on the caregiver and expect you to stay at work or still come in. They do not may for mileage, do not have proper training. They will tell you one thing and do another. They do not care if the caregiver gets hit or injured by the customer because the customer is always right. Very low pay scale, I can make more starting at McDonald’s. Do not work with your schedule you give them, they are not flexible. Once you take an extra shift they will not leave you alone! It is constant emails, text messages, and phone calls to see if I can pick up shifts and most of them conflict with the schedule I have with them already.
