Good and bad.

Pros

Flexibility with scheduling. Easy work. Employee Perks. Open door policy. Friendly co-workers. The office has a very homey atmosphere. Getting to know your clients. They are amazing and so sweet.

Cons

Low pay. Constantly getting texts, emails and calls from them asking you to work shifts. (Even though you tell them your availabilities when you start) Limited training. They are very friendly until you can't do something that they ask, then they turn very un-friendly.

Pros

The ability o help people in need and make things easier for their families. It is the simple things that truly make it worth while.

Cons

Pay is not that great and the clock in system could be easier to use. Every job has its con but this one has way more pros than anything.
