Pros

You get to work one on one with clients in their own home as your own pace. These clients have more independence than those living in care homes. Another plus is that you do not have to tolerate sexual harassment or any type of discrimination because the office is there for you. You do have to take assignments if you don’t want to. They don’t threaten to fire you if you can’t take an assignment on short notice. The hiring process is painless and quick. As long as you can prove these elderly clients are safe in your hands, they’ll hire you.

Cons

They make you pay for your own fingerprints, tb tests, and uniforms which can costs between 200-300 dollars.
