Pros
The only pro is being able to make a dif in clients lives.
Cons
The pay is crappy. There's no mileage for traveling long distances. I worked there aquite a while and was never treated well. I was the first in the last home I was assigned to and I got the ball rolling. I brought many things to their attention and got the changes made to improve the clients life. After the client and her husband went to private care I was never assigned another client. I found out a while later that they listed my reason for not being employed by them anymore as that I stopped accepting clients! They NEVER offered anymore to me. I even caught another CG stealing pain meds and reported her. I go above and beyond and th is company uses people up and throws them away.
