Not terrible, hours were not too bad, employees were very nice.

Pros

Easy work. The store is full of friendly people always. Managers are nice enough, and the work is monotonous enough to where it is simple.

Cons

Simple work on the most part, the employees were incredibly nice, along with the managers. Was a routine of, going to work and then leaving.

Pros

Work with great people some coordinators work really hard others have special privileges customers are funny could have a descent future with the company but allot of things need to change two out of four managers are really cool occasionally we get breakfast and coffee.

Cons

Management needs to be on the same page got 4 managers and none of them know a from b if you ask each one something you will get 4 different answers pay rate sucks it's like a sweat shop for Penny's managers haven't been giving the back room 15 min breaks for like a year until we started the new 2.0 system which is crap they need to appreciate their employees and stop making us pick up their slack when people keep quitting or gm attitude is horrible

Strong team that works hard together. Everyone treats each other as family and is more than willing to help each other out.

Cons

Lack of training in every position. It's a very faced paced store so you either sink or swim!
